Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
- Present tailored solutions to enterprise clients via virtual demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all client interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-3 years sales experience (entry-level encouraged to apply)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams)
- Strong self-motivation and time management abilities
- Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
