Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using our CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Present our products/services to potential clients and overcome objections effectively.
- Close deals and maintain high retention rates for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns.
- Document all customer interactions and account activity accurately.
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-playing exercises to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
