Role Overview

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Sprints, Stand-ups, Planning) to drive project timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices for security and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Demonstrated experience working in a remote-first or fully remote environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
