The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will act as the bridge between engineering, design, sales, and stakeholders, ensuring our digital products deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the entire organization.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and optimization.
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, market needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality execution.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success and drive data-informed decisions.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching digital products in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
