Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Resolve: Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via remote desktop, phone, and email.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction rates and resolving issues within SLA guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge bases and case logs to improve future support efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to report bugs and suggest feature improvements based on user feedback.
- Training: Assist in the creation of training materials and contribute to the onboarding of new support staff.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all security protocols and data privacy regulations while handling sensitive client information.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
- Tools: Strong knowledge of remote access software (TeamViewer, LogMeIn, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-Management: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
