Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote support tools
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with IT teams on complex troubleshooting
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
- Maintain security protocols for remote access
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of technical support experience
