Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, security, and system performance problems
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Document all support cases and solutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement proactive maintenance strategies

Qualifications
