Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and professional technical support via phone, email, and chat to end-users in the US.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the Senior Engineering team and follow through to resolution.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide users through software installations and configurations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries quickly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hire.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop tools.
