Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for remote clients.
- Manage and distribute company-provided equipment to new hires and remote staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies during remote interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common office software.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Daytime hours).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
