Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical troubleshooting and customer support via chat, email, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients in the Philadelphia and Ohio regions.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our internal ticketing system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer communications.
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Assist with onboarding new remote team members when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1-2 years preferred).
