- Manage a high volume of work within strict deadlines.

- Use transcription software and foot pedals efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe medical, legal, or general dictation from audio to text format.
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Follow specific formatting requirements for each client project.
- Ensure all transcripts are delivered by the agreed-upon deadlines.
- Utilize transcription hardware and software effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding project needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar and vocabulary.
- Previous transcription experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment.
