- Format transcripts according to specific client guidelines and style guides.
- Proofread and edit transcripts to correct errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding any transcription issues or questions.
