Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues when needed
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat-Sun 8AM-6PM CST)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in virtual teams
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts including holidays
