- Provide multi-channel support via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm)

- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor support queues with rapid response time targets
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years customer support experience with remote work preference
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
