Kualifikasi
- 2+ years of technical customer support experience
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm CST)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for SaaS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High-speed home internet connection (50+ Mbps)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
