Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in bi-weekly weekend team training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience with remote work exposure
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Available for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 8AM-8PM MST)
