Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support for our SaaS platform
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex issues
- Collaborate with weekday teams to maintain consistent service quality
- Meet weekly KPIs for response time and resolution rates
- Participate in quarterly weekend training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS and mobile devices
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Excellent communication skills with clear professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
