- Deliver premium technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Resolve complex system issues and troubleshoot software/hardware problems
- Document cases meticulously in Salesforce and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated issues and improve support protocols
- Identify trends and propose process enhancements to elevate service quality
- Conduct virtual onboarding sessions for new weekend support staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-4pm EST)
- Technical aptitude for diagnosing software, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Associate degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience required
