Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex customer issues related to our software platform.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer client inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Escalate unresolved issues to upper management or technical departments promptly.
Qualifications
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or technical support.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
