Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product-related problems
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback
- Meet weekly performance metrics for response time and resolution rates
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)

- Available for consistent weekend shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM PST)
