- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via email, chat, and phone during weekend hours.

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday and Sunday, or rotating weekends).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM software and remote support tools is highly desirable.
