Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, security protocols, and system configurations
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with global teams using Slack, Jira, and Microsoft Teams
- Conduct remote system diagnostics and implement security patches
- Train users on best practices for digital tools and cybersecurity
- Monitor ticket queues and maintain SLA compliance during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Proficiency in VPN setup, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear technical articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis expertise
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
