- Log all interactions and resolutions accurately into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and documentation.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during weekend shifts.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and training peers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
