Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve complex billing and technical issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve escalated cases
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Participate in ongoing product training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in B2B or high-volume B2C environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues without supervision
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with Southern regional dialect awareness
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun) with flexible weekday availability for training
- Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
