Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via chat, email, and video calls during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve customer inquiries with speed and precision using remote diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions and escalations in our CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT >95%) through empathetic communication
- Contribute to weekend-specific process improvements and knowledge base updates
- Participate in monthly virtual team meetings and continuous training sessions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in remote customer support or technical assistance (2+ years)
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow) and remote desktop tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical troubleshooting expertise
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
