Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Analyze complex technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to remote clients.

- Collaborate with the on-site technical team to escalate and resolve critical issues promptly.

Qualifications
