Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs
- Escalate complex issues following protocols
- Monitor system health during weekend shifts
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer/technical support
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
