Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients using provided diagnostic tools
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers and knowledge sharing
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through professional communication
- Complete mandatory training on new technologies and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in a remote environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS systems and common software suites
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8-hour shifts)
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
