Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve hardware/software issues and troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Document support tickets using CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex issue escalation
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential disruptions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through timely resolution
- Participate in weekend rotation schedules with flexible hour options
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
