Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across diverse platforms
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless issue escalation
- Proactively identify trends and contribute to process optimization initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, and cloud-based SaaS applications
- Compensation of CompTIA A+ or equivalent industry certification
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
