Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for remote users.
- Manage and update client accounts and support tickets using CRM software.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the in-house team to improve support processes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and home office setup.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
