Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to US-based customers during weekend hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on best practices for using our products and services.
- Collaborate with the wider technical team to escalate and resolve high-priority issues outside of standard hours.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or help desk roles.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using remote desktop software (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, AnyDesk).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
