Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and live chat to customers in the Wichita and surrounding areas.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues remotely.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the broader support team to escalate complex issues and share best practices.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product suite and update technical documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays (Rotational schedule may apply).
