Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize equipment usage schedules across multiple departments
- Manage technician assignments and workflow using provided scheduling software
- Ensure timely maintenance and calibration of all assigned equipment
- Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders via provided communication tools
- Generate and distribute equipment availability reports using proprietary systems
- Resolve scheduling conflicts using provided conflict resolution protocols
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory records in provided database systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience in healthcare or technical fields
- Proficiency with scheduling software (training provided for proprietary systems)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities using provided project management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid California driver's license (company vehicle provided for site visits)
