Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to spearhead our "2026 Initiative" at Nexus Future Systems. We are building the foundational infrastructure for the next generation of synthetic intelligence and autonomous decision-making systems. This is not merely a job; it is an opportunity to define the technological roadmap for the coming decade.
In this role, you will lead the architectural design of scalable, fault-tolerant AI models capable of processing petabytes of real-time data. You will work at the critical intersection of quantum computing, neural networks, and edge computing to deliver solutions that are not only powerful but also ethically sound and secure.
Why Join Us?
- Work on cutting-edge projects that will define the future of technology.
- Competitive compensation package including performance bonuses and equity options.
- Flexible remote-first work environment with a focus on work-life balance.
- Access to state-of-the-art research facilities and continuous learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for next-gen predictive systems and autonomous agents.
- Lead research and development efforts in large language models, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed and accuracy in low-latency, high-concurrency environments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including quantum researchers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and security compliance.
- Drive the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field; or equivalent extensive professional experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying complex AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum algorithm libraries or hybrid classical-quantum computing is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives.
