Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI models and infrastructure for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concept testing for emerging AI technologies.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure all architectural designs comply with industry standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-ready AI solutions.
