What You Will Do
As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance AI systems that push the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect robust, scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure for enterprise clients.
- Lead the deployment and optimization of large-scale LLMs and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to our product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
