Responsibilities
- Lead the 'Project 2026' Architecture: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for inference speed and reduced latency in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for AI fairness, transparency, and safety to ensure responsible deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and security experts to integrate AI seamlessly into our core products.
- Technical Strategy: Research emerging trends in Generative AI and Synthetic Data to keep Apex Future Systems ahead of the curve.
- System Design: Architect robust microservices and cloud infrastructure to support high-volume AI workloads.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Model Training: Proven track record of training and fine-tuning large-scale transformer models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and optimize for both speed and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
