What You Will Do
As a key member of our engineering division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI products, from conceptualization to deployment in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models using Python and modern frameworks.
- Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to handle high-volume data streams.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research, exploring novel architectures and methodologies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define technical requirements.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and debug high-performance systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
