Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI roadmaps.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and code reviews to ensure model reliability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML solutions at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile settings.
