In this role, you will be responsible for charting the course of our AI evolution, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing technological landscape. You will work closely with C-suite executives, product teams, and engineering leads to deliver scalable, ethical, and high-impact AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to deliver breakthrough AI models and applications.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., generative AI, neural interfaces) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and compliance within the organization.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to foster a robust AI ecosystem.
- Mentor junior staff and senior talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director, VP, or Principal Engineer).
- Strong background in strategic planning, product management, and technical architecture.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in scaling AI solutions from prototype to production.
