Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Lead migration projects for legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Ansible
- Conduct security audits and compliance monitoring (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.9% SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in cloud engineering (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Expertise in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Java)
- Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect/GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with system debugging expertise
- Excellent written communication for remote collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
