- Document cases accurately in Salesforce while maintaining strict data privacy protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues within 24 hours
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer journey efficiency
- Maintain expert knowledge of products/services through continuous training
- Support quality assurance initiatives by participating in call reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in remote settings
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekend coverage
