Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement statistical models to forecast business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data quality standards through rigorous validation protocols
- Present insights to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize digital marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development skills
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial services or healthcare analytics
- Certification in Google Analytics or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer preferred
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on deadline
