Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Design statistical models to forecast market behaviors and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms (Snowflake, AWS)
- mentor junior analysts on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with healthcare or retail data preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Certifications (e.g., AWS Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop) a plus
