Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and perform exploratory analysis on large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that summarize data trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate data processes and improve data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
