Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
- Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive presentations
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Maintain and improve data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
