Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Deep Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
- SQL & ETL: Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data from various databases and assist in the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process to ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate data collection methods and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Communication: Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical principles and data modeling techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
