Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business trends
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and experimental design to optimize product features
- Develop predictive models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Create executive-ready data visualizations and presentation decks
- Maintain data integrity across multiple sources and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experimental design experience
- Proven ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
