Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Terraform
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs across AWS/GCP while maintaining 99.99% uptime
- Lead Kubernetes cluster management including Helm deployments and monitoring
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions with Ansible and CloudFormation
- Implement security best practices including IAM policies and network segmentation
- Collaborate with SRE team to troubleshoot production incidents and SLA breaches
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with cloud-native applications
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure) with certification
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration
- Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and alerting
- CI/CD pipeline design and optimization in enterprise environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex distributed systems
